推荐一个听写网站：dictee.tv5monde.com/ 同一个主题有不同等级可选，从 A1 到 C2 都有，可以分段听，把听写的内容填在框里点提交就可以对比原文 材料不算特别多只有 48 段，但也能听一阵子了

How To Use Assimil - Learn to Language
- Listen without book (get the vibe)
- Listen while looking at the translation
- Read them aloud. Look at the translation if needed and make sure you understand the meaning
- Read again without looking at the translation
- Listen twice, once looking at the translation, another looking at the French
- Listen with book closed. You should understand what is being said
- Listen and pause each sentence and repeat it aloud
- Read the comments several times
- Read/repeat the exercises and check answer
