How To Use Assimil - Learn to Language

  1. Listen without book (get the vibe)
  2. Listen while looking at the translation
  3. Read them aloud. Look at the translation if needed and make sure you understand the meaning
  4. Read again without looking at the translation
  5. Listen twice, once looking at the translation, another looking at the French
  6. Listen with book closed. You should understand what is being said
  7. Listen and pause each sentence and repeat it aloud
  8. Read the comments several times
  9. Read/repeat the exercises and check answer
