An easier way to do Chinese Waitress Cast on:

1. Make a slip knot and put it on the needle. This does not count as a CO st
2. Put the crochet hook under the needle and top of the yarn to form an X position.
3. Use the right hand, wrap the yarn on the needle from front to back
4. Pull the hook from the working yarn to form a loop
5. Repeat step 3 and 4
