Current better SSK method §

1. Slip knitwise, slip purlwise, knit 2 though the backloop
2. Tug the outleg of the SSK stitch
3. In the following round, knit the SSK st though the backloop

Previous method §

1. Insert the 1st st as if to knit
2. Move needle to insert to the back of the 2nd st
3. Wrap as usual and pull off from the tiny triangle
